GeoZen Domes rents three geodesic domes at Cedar Ridge Acreage, Foothills west of Calgary, Alberta. You can contact us through our contact form.

What we collect

• Booking details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, dates and number of guests.
• Your cart, which is stored in your own browser so it is still there when you come back.
• Messages you send us by email.

We do not collect payment card details on this site. Online payment is not yet available, and any future payment will be handled by a payment provider.

How we use it

• To quote your stay, hold your dates and confirm bookings.
• To contact you about your stay, including check-in details.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations, such as GST records.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site or take bookings, and only as needed for those services. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed for the stay, deposits, tax reporting and any legal requirement. [Retention periods to be confirmed.]

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records we must keep. Send us a request through our contact form. We respond within a reasonable time.
