Terms of stay

Bookings

A booking is made when you add dates to your cart and complete payment. Until payment is available on this site, quotes are estimates and do not reserve your dates. Each stay is a separate booking.

Prices and fees

• The nightly rate is shown for each dome. Stays are at least 2 nights.
• GST at 5% is added to the accommodation charge.
• A refundable security deposit of $500 is charged for each booking. [Deposit refund conditions to be confirmed.]

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Dates that are already booked cannot be selected.

House rules

Every guest agrees to follow the house rules:

• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Fires only in the fire pit or wood stove. Firewood is provided.
• No parties or events. Maximum guests as listed for each dome.
• Pets welcome by arrangement. Please ask before booking.
• Please leave the dome as you found it, and report any issues to the host.

Liability

Guests stay at their own risk and must take reasonable care of the property. [Liability limits and insurance requirements to be confirmed.]

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to bookings made after the date they are posted.
